Partner Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Program allows you to earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by customers you refer to Pantheon Formulas using your unique referral code or link.

Commission Structure:

• 20% commission on first orders from referred customers
• 10% lifetime recurring commission on all subsequent orders
• Referred customers receive 15% off their first order

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have an active Pantheon Formulas customer account in good standing
• Complete the Partner Program application
• Be approved by our team (approval is at our sole discretion)

We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any partner account for any reason.

3. Referral Tracking

We provide you with a unique referral code and link to track customers you refer. Commissions are tracked using cookies with a 30-day attribution window.

If a customer clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you receive commission. If they click another partner's link after yours, the most recent click gets credit.

Self-referrals are prohibited. You may not use your own referral code for your own purchases.

4. Commission Payments

Payout Schedule: Commissions are calculated and paid on the 1st of each month for the previous month's delivered orders.

Payment Methods:

• Direct deposit (ACH)
• Store credit (instant, no minimum)

Minimum Payout: $1 minimum for store credit; $50 minimum for direct deposit.

Holding Period: Commissions are held for 14 days after order delivery to account for returns or cancellations.

Unclaimed commissions expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

5. Prohibited Activities

Partners may NOT:

• Use their own referral code for personal purchases (self-referral)
• Spam or send unsolicited emails promoting their code
• Advertise on coupon/discount sites without approval
• Make false or misleading claims about products
• Use paid advertising that competes with our branded keywords
• Create multiple partner accounts
• Refer customers from prohibited jurisdictions
• Offer incentives that violate our policies

Violation of these rules results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Marketing Guidelines

You may promote your referral code through:

• Personal websites and blogs
• Social media platforms
• Email to your own opted-in subscribers
• Direct sharing with colleagues and researchers

All marketing must be truthful and not misleading. You must disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (FTC guidelines).

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause.

We may terminate your participation immediately if you:

• Violate any of these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Damage our brand or reputation
• Become inactive for 12+ months

Upon termination, you forfeit any unpaid commissions that haven't met the minimum payout threshold.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding earnings potential. Your success depends on your effort, market conditions, and other factors.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
